Job Description

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive individual to help care for our two-unit Airbnb duplex. Each side is about 1,028 sq ft (2 bedrooms, 1 bath). This is more than just a cleaning position; we're looking for someone who takes pride in creating an exceptional guest experience and treats the property as if it were their own. This role is perfect for someone who loves cleaning, has a natural eye for stylish décor, notices small details others overlook, and feels confident handling light maintenance tasks. About the
Role Pay:
$60 per unit per cleaning
Schedule:
Between 11:00 AM - 3:00
PM Average:
14-16 cleanings per month (~$840-$960/month base)
Location:
Sprindale, AR What You'll Do ✔ Full Cleaning of Each Unit Turnover cleaning between guests Deep cleaning tasks as needed Ensuring every surface, corner, and detail is guest-ready Refreshing linens, restocking essentials, and staging décor ✔ Light Maintenance & Quick Fixes Replace burnt-out lightbulbs Touch-up small scuffs or scratches with a paintbrush Swap batteries for smart locks or remotes Reinstall or replace broken/missing blinds Inspect spaces for wear and tear and address small issues promptly ✔ Décor Refresh & Presentation Keep the units looking clean, stylish, and welcoming Identify missing items and recommend replacements Maintain a consistent, high-end aesthetic Make décor adjustments that improve the guest experience
