Based on experience About the Role We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Janitor / Facility Custodian to support our manufacturing plant. This position will work under the Maintenance Department and will be responsible for helping keep the entire facility clean, organized, safe, and presentable. This role supports all areas of the plant, including production areas, offices, breakrooms, restrooms, walkways, and common areas. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, is dependable, and understands the importance of cleanliness and safety in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Clean and maintain restrooms, breakrooms, offices, production areas, and common spaces Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and empty trash throughout the facility Keep walkways, entrances, and shared areas clean and free of debris Restock restroom and breakroom supplies as needed Assist with general facility upkeep and organization Support the Maintenance Department with basic cleaning-related tasks Follow all safety procedures and company policies Report any maintenance, safety, or facility concerns to the Maintenance team Help maintain a clean and professional work environment across the entire plant Qualifications Previous janitorial, custodial, or facility cleaning experience preferred Experience working in a manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial environment is a plus Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry cleaning supplies or trash as needed Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and moving throughout the shift Strong attention to detail Must be able to follow instructions and work safely around a manufacturing environment What We Offer Part-time or full-time opportunity Stable flexible schedule Supportive team environment Opportunity to work with an established manufacturing company Benefits available for eligible full-time employees
