Warehouse Cleaner Summary As a Warehouse Cleaner, you will be essential in maintaining a clean and safe working environment within our facility. Reporting to the Facilities Supervisor, you will utilize your core skills in cleaning, janitorial, and custodial practices to ensure all areas are spotless and well-maintained. Your experience in industrial cleaning and floor care will be vital for upholding our cleanliness standards. Full-time Monday-Friday 6:00AM-2:30PM 30-MIN Lunch break

Responsibilities:

Remove waste and empty trash receptacles throughout the warehouse floor Ensure all trash chutes are clear and operational in designated areas Collect and remove cardboard gaylords from work zones Identify and safely dispose of broken pallets found on the warehouse floor Sort recyclable materials (cardboard and plastic) prior to baling Restock cleaning and restroom supplies as needed Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of janitorial equipment Operate industrial equipment such as forklifts, tuggers, and floor scrubbers Assist with additional warehouse and janitorial tasks as assigned

Requirements:

At least 18 years of age High school diploma or GED Proven experience in warehouse/industrial environment, with experience operating the industrial equipment listed. Prior experience in a custodial/janitorial role. Ability to pass a criminal background check and E-Verify. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manual. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
