Cleaner I - 1st Shift - $20.25/hr

Mon - Fri, 5:00am - 1:30pm, OT as needed

What You Will Do:

The Cleaner I, Process Operations supports manufacturing operations by ensuring products, tools, and equipment are cleaned and maintained in accordance with established procedures and quality standards. This is an entry-level role focused on executing routine, hands-on tasks with consistency, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety and compliance. + Clean products, tooling, and equipment following established procedures and work instructions + Operate cleaning equipment and safely handle chemicals in accordance with guidelines + Perform routine, repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail + Support daily and weekly cleaning schedules to maintain production readiness + Maintain production logs and documentation as required + Contribute to 5S, safety initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts + Identify and communicate opportunities for process improvement or efficiency gains + Work collaboratively with team members to meet production and quality goals

What You Need:

+ High School Diploma or GED + 1 year of Manufacturing or production experience

Physical Requirements:

+ Ability to lift up to 40 pounds repetitively + Ability to sit/stand for long periods of time \# INDGQO Pay rate will not be below any applicable local minimum wage rates. $20.25/hr, plus bonus eligible and benefits.
