Job Description
The Palms at River Edge is a Mobile Home Community nestled along the Colorado River in Ehrenberg, AZ. The property is a medium sized family-owned operation with multiple properties in California, Arizona, and Idaho. We encourage a collaborative culture where everyone can share ideas, take pride in their work and feel valued. We are looking for a front desk clerk to oversee the office at this Community and also perform cleaning of the common areas. About the role Manage booking systems for park stays and handle retail sales. Answer phones and assist visitors with inquires. Perform data entry and send reports to management. Receive and record rent checks and other payments. Open and close the register, ensuring the drawer is counted and balanced daily. Keep a professional environment by performing office cleaning and organization. Clean common areas including the bathrooms, laundry rooms and clubhouse. About you Office experience a plus! Must be friendly and have a professional demeanor. Willing to work on holidays. Open to learning our business policies. We consider our residents as our customers. Must have reliable transportation.
