Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Airbnb cleaner to join our team. This role involves preparing rental properties to ensure they meet high standards of cleanliness and comfort for guests. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential and commercial cleaning, with a strong focus on sanitation and customer satisfaction. Flexibility, reliability, and a proactive attitude are essential for success in this position. Previous experience in hotel housekeeping, janitorial services, or custodial work is highly valued. Responsibilities Thoroughly clean and sanitize all areas of Airbnb properties, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common spaces Perform detailed floor care, including vacuuming, mopping, and carpet cleaning as needed Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels Restock supplies like toiletries, paper products, and kitchen essentials to ensure guest convenience Maintain high standards of cleanliness by adhering to sanitation protocols and safety guidelines Report any maintenance issues or damages to property management promptly Ensure properties are well-organized and presentable before guest check-in Assist with light cooking tasks if required to enhance guest experience Uphold excellent customer service by being professional, courteous, and responsive to guest needs during turnover visits Experience Prior experience in residential cleaning or commercial cleaning environments preferred Knowledge of floor care techniques including carpet cleaning and janitorial practices Experience with hotel housekeeping management or custodial services is a plus Familiarity with sanitation standards and proper cleaning procedures for vacation rentals or hospitality settings Skills in laundry management and maintaining cleanliness of linens and towels Nice-to-have skills include cooking, carpet cleaning, housekeeper management, and experience in hospitality or hotel industries This position offers a rewarding opportunity to contribute to memorable guest stays by ensuring each property is spotless and welcoming.
