Short Term Rental Manager is an established, locally owned business, and we are currently hiring vacation rental cleaners in the North Valley (Glendale/Peoria/N Phoenix/N Scottsdale) who love keeping homes clean, organized, and picture perfect. Duties include cleaning vacation rentals (by yourself, or with an assigned team), laundry (linens and towels), reporting home issues, stocking supplies, and staging the homes for the next guest's arrival. This is a great opportunity to be part of the hospitality industry without the stress of constant customer-facing roles. You'll play an essential role in creating an amazing guest experience—behind the scenes by preparing clean, welcoming spaces for travelers. Hours are typically between 8am-5pm, with 4-8 hour shifts available. Ideal applicants have at least 4 days a week available. Most team members start around 20-25 hours per week, with the ability to increase (if you want). Why Choose Short Term Rental Manager?
