Job Description
Shift Times Monday thru Friday 4am to 12:30pm (overtime hours on occasion). Monthly Performance Incentives of $150.00 for those who earn it. Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Janitor/Cleaner to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across our facilities. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the overall cleanliness and upkeep of commercial, industrial, and residential spaces. The ideal candidate will be proactive, reliable, and passionate about creating a pristine environment for employees, clients, and visitors alike. Your efforts will directly impact the comfort and safety of everyone who enters our facilities. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of floors, restrooms, offices, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies Handle custodial responsibilities such as trash removal, dusting, window cleaning, and restocking supplies to uphold high cleanliness standards Use commercial cleaning equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to health and safety regulations Qualifications Proven janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or industrial settings preferred Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to cleanliness and safety standards Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple tasks efficiently Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive cleaning duties throughout shifts #
