Arizona First Class Cleaning is hiring dependable and detail-oriented cleaners in Lake Havasu City and Parker, AZ for vacation rental and Airbnb turnover cleaning services. We are growing quickly and looking for cleaners who take pride in their work, communicate well, and can help us provide a consistent 5-star guest experience. Job Responsibilities Complete vacation rental turnover cleans between guest stays Make beds and prepare homes guest-ready Wash, dry, and fold linens/towels Restock supplies and report inventory needs Follow detailed cleaning checklists and company standards Report damages or maintenance issues Communicate through text and scheduling apps during jobs Requirements Previous cleaning experience preferred (Airbnb, STR, hotel, residential, etc.) Reliable transportation Smartphone required Ability to work independently and stay on schedule Weekend and holiday availability preferred Must be dependable, responsive, and detail-oriented Compensation Competitive per-job pay Additional pay opportunities for deep cleans and larger homes Flexible scheduling Consistent work available Why Work With Us?
