Job Description

Job Summary:
The Pressure Washer is responsible for cleaning masonry surfaces on commercial construction projects using high-pressure water equipment. This role ensures that masonry walls, hardscapes, stonework, and paver installations are free of mortar haze, efflorescence, dirt, and construction debris before project turnover or sealing. The role supports quality control and the company's commitment to high standards of workmanship and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate commercial-grade pressure washers, pumps, and cleaning equipment. Clean masonry walls, stone veneers, brick, concrete, and paver surfaces. Apply approved masonry-safe cleaners and degreasers as needed. Follow safety protocols and proper cleaning methods to prevent damage to surfaces. Protect adjacent materials (glass, metal, landscaping) using masking or barriers. Maintain and perform routine checks on pressure washing equipment. Assist masonry crews with surface prep or cleanup when not actively pressure washing. Follow project schedules and coordinate cleaning timelines with supervisors. Complete daily logs and jobsite reports as requested. Safely handle and dispose of cleaning solutions per regulations.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in pressure washing or construction cleanup preferred. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Strong attention to detail and surface cleanliness. Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift 50+ lbs, and operate heavy hoses and machinery. Basic understanding of masonry surfaces and materials is a plus. Reliable transportation to and from job sites. Willingness to follow company safety policies, wear PPE, and comply with OSHA standards. Must have clean driving record/MVR as position will be operating a company vehicle.
Schedule & Compensation:
Full-time Monday - Friday; occasional Saturdays as required
