Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Residential Commercial Cleaner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in residential/commercial properties, ensuring a welcoming and healthy environment for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cleaning and customer service, with the ability to manage various cleaning tasks efficiently. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential/commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Maintain floor care through sweeping, mopping, and carpet cleaning as needed. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during each cleaning session. Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized for efficient workflow. Follow safety protocols and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean working environment. Assist with any additional janitorial or custodial tasks as required by the client or management. Requirements Proven experience in residential/commercial cleaning or housekeeping management is preferred. Must have general liability insurance. Strong knowledge of sanitation practices and floor care techniques. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to complete tasks efficiently. Prior experience in commercial cleaning or hotel environments is a plus. Familiarity with various cleaning products and equipment is essential. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
