Short-Term Rental Cleaners and Inspectors (Airbnb / Vacation Rental) High Standards, Reliable Work

We are a fast-growing short-term rental cleaning company looking for experienced, reliable cleaners for East Valley (Mesa, Tempe, Scottdale) as well as West Valley (Glendale, Avondale) who take pride in high-quality work. Our properties require hotel-level attention to detail, fast turnaround times, and strong communication. What We're Looking For Experience with Airbnb / vacation rental cleanings strongly preferred Must be reliable and punctual Must have your own vehicle Must be drug-free and professional Ability to work efficiently under time constraints Strong attention to detail (this is critical) Cleaning teams are welcome and encouraged to apply Responsibilities Full turnover cleans between guest stays Resetting homes to a guest-ready standard Reporting damages or missing items Following detailed checklists and property-specific instructions
