Days pay increase to $19.00/hr With room to grow to $20.00/hr within 1 year of service with our company. Shift Time (M-F): 2:30PM-11:00PM Monday through Wednesday 10:30AM-7:00PM Thursday and Friday 8-hour shifts with a 30-minute break per state law

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Janitorial Technician to join our team providing janitorial services for a commercial facility. The ideal candidate will ensure a clean, safe, and sanitary environment in accordance with client specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform detailed cleaning of assigned areas, including offices, break rooms, and common spaces Dust, mop, sweep, and vacuum floors as needed Maintain restrooms, including sanitizing surfaces, replenishing supplies, and ensuring overall cleanliness Manage trash and recycling collection and disposal Conduct floor care tasks such as buffing, stripping, and waxing Follow all safety protocols and comply with facility regulations Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervision

Qualifications:

Must be able to speak and understand English Must pass a drug test and background check Prior janitorial or custodial experience preferred, but not required Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs as needed Ability to perform repetitive cleaning tasks in various environmental conditions

Pay:

$18.50 - $20.00 per hour
