Overview We are seeking a motivated and energetic Apartment Turnover & Common Area Cleaner to join our dynamic team in Scottsdale. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning and sanitation of apartment units during turnover processes, including kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms. Maintain cleanliness of all common areas such as hallways, lobbies, laundry rooms, and outdoor spaces to ensure they are inviting and well-maintained. Execute floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to keep surfaces looking their best. Use industrial cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently to achieve high standards of hygiene and appearance. Follow safety protocols during cleaning procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe environment for residents and staff. Assist with minor maintenance tasks related to cleanliness or repairs needed in communal spaces or apartments. Collaborate with team members to complete turnover schedules promptly while maintaining quality standards. Skills Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality housekeeping roles. Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including stripping, sealing, waxing, and polishing floors. Familiarity with hotel or industrial cleaning standards is highly desirable. Ability to operate various cleaning tools and industrial equipment safely and effectively. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and quality control. Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout shifts. Effective communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
