Lead Window Cleaning Technician

This role involves working at various heights and requires a keen eye for detail to ensure that all windows are left spotless and streak-free. Responsibilities Perform window cleaning on residential and commercial buildings, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and safety. Utilize appropriate cleaning solutions, tools, and equipment to achieve optimal results. Operate scissor lifts and other equipment safely while adhering to all safety protocols. Conduct routine inspections of windows to identify any damage or areas needing repair. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including proper storage of cleaning supplies and equipment. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific needs and address any concerns. Collaborate with team members to complete jobs efficiently and effectively. Requirements Previous experience in cleaning, janitorial, or custodial roles is preferred. Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices is a plus. Ability to operate scissor lifts safely; certification may be required. Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet quality standards consistently. Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Must be physically fit, capable of lifting heavy objects, and comfortable working at heights.
