• 12:30 AM Job Duties & Responsibilities
• Perform daily facility cleaning including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, restroom sanitation, trash removal, and supply restocking
• Support office moves, furniture relocation, and cubicle assembly/disassembly as needed
• Complete general building maintenance tasks including light plumbing, minor electrical work, and light replacement
• Maintain interior and exterior cleanliness, recycling operations, and overall building upkeep Job Requirements Required Skills & Experience
• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to lift 50-100 pounds safely
• Basic knowledge of manual labor techniques and industrial equipment operation
• Strong attendance record and positive, team-focused attitude Preferred Skills & Experience
• Previous janitorial, facilities, or building maintenance experience
