If so, keep reading — we want you. We are looking for dependable Cleaning Technicians/Subcontractors who take pride in doing things the right way, every time. If you're the type of person who notices the small details, shows up consistently, and believes quality matters, this position could be a great fit. Position Details Night janitorial subcontract work 6-7 nights per week Approximately 25-30 hours per week Work performed after 9:30pm (Surprise) Work performed after 5:00pm (Mesa) Pay Surprise, AZ route: $90 per night Mesa, AZ route: $60 per night Travel Requirements Must be able to reliably commute: To Surprise, AZ 5-6 nights per week To Mesa, AZ 1 night per week Reliable transportation is required. Responsibilities Clean and detail offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors Sanitize surfaces, fixtures, and equipment properly Handle trash removal and waste disposal off-site at your own discretion and disposal location (Surpise location only) Follow detailed cleaning protocols and checklists Report maintenance or safety concerns immediately Maintain cleaning supply organization and inventory awareness Deliver consistent, high-quality cleaning standards every shift Qualifications Minimum 1 years of cleaning/janitorial experience preferred Must have your own vehicle Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently without supervision Good time management and reliability Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and products is helpful Why This Position Works This role is ideal for someone who values consistency, independence, and quality work.
