Job Description

Job Summary:
Gummi World Manufacturing is seeking dedicated Sanitation Team Members to ensure our production facility meets the highest cleanliness and safety standards. This role is critical in maintaining a sanitary environment for food-grade production, adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of production equipment, tools, and facility surfaces. + Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and sanitation schedules to ensure compliance with
FDA , GMP
, and other regulatory standards. + Safely handle and apply cleaning chemicals according to manufacturer instructions and safety guidelines. + Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, break rooms, and common areas. + Assist in waste disposal and recycling efforts to ensure proper handling of production waste. + Conduct inspections to verify sanitation effectiveness and report any deficiencies. + Work closely with production staff to ensure minimal downtime during cleaning operations. + Follow all safety procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment ( PPE ). + Document cleaning and sanitation activities accurately.
Qualifications & Skills:
+ High school diploma or equivalent preferred. + Experience in food manufacturing sanitation is a plus but not required. + Knowledge of sanitation chemicals, equipment, and procedures is beneficial. + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. + Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
Work Environment:
