Building Maintenance

Were hiring a Janitor to join our team at Vanguard Truck Centers. As a Janitor, youll keep the entire dealership in clean and orderly condition by performing a combination of duties, including but not limited to: sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and grounds maintenance. Perform any grounds maintenance. Use machinery to clean showroom floor/service department area Empty trash and garbage containers. Order cleaning and janitorial supplies as needed. Perform light facility maintenance perform minor building repairs communicate with managment on major building and A/C repairs Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous janitorial and/or maintenance experience Experience in working within a customer service role Positive attitude, can-do mentality and eager to improve Diligent work ethic and dedicated approach to performing duties Valid driver's license and clean driving record Background screening is a mandatory prerequisite for employment consideration.
