Position Summary JARS Cannabis is seeking a dependable and hardworking Cultivation Janitor to support the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall upkeep of our cultivation facility. This position plays a critical role in maintaining a safe, organized, and sanitary environment for our cultivation team and ensuring facility cleanliness standards are consistently met. This is an active, hands-on position that requires attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and a strong commitment to maintaining a clean workplace.

Starting Pay:

$20.00 per hour

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, approximately 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM (schedule subject to change as the team grows) Essential Duties and Responsibilities Clean and sanitize bathrooms, breakrooms, offices, and common areas Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors throughout the facility Clean windows, doors, walls, and other facility surfaces Perform deep cleaning of cultivation and production areas as needed Clean and maintain facility drains to ensure proper sanitation and functionality Collect and dispose of trash and recycling throughout the facility Wash, dry, fold, and distribute employee uniforms and facility laundry Maintain janitorial supplies and notify management when inventory is low Follow all sanitation, safety, and compliance procedures Support special cleaning projects and facility maintenance needs as assigned Qualifications Previous janitorial, custodial, sanitation, or industrial cleaning experience preferred Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Why Join JARS?
