Custodian (Full-Time & Part-Time)

Our swim school is looking for reliable custodians to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our families, swimmers, and staff. Available Schedules Full-Time (Set Schedule): Wednesday

  • 7:30
PM Saturday & Sunday:
10:00 AM
  • 6:30 PM Part-Time (Set Schedule):
Mondays & Tuesdays:
11:00 AM
  • 7:30 PM Schedules are consistent week-to-week.
About the Role As a Custodian, you'll play a key role in keeping our facility in top condition. This is an active, hands-on role where your work directly impacts the experience of every customer who walks through our doors.
Pay:
$22/hour Responsibilities include: Thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, changing stalls, and common areas Mopping, sweeping, and maintaining dry, safe floors Cleaning windows, mirrors, chairs, tables, and other surfaces Emptying trash and replacing liners Handling minor repairs and reporting maintenance needs Staying active and on your feet throughout your shift What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and reliability Ability to work independently and stay on task Comfortable with physical work and being on your feet for extended periods Basic handyman skills (patching, tightening, small fixes) preferred Positive, team-oriented attitude Prior custodial or facility maintenance experience is a plus Why Join Us?
