Closing Porter

Working Shift:

9pm-1am Position Summary Happy Ice is looking for a dependable Closing Porter to ensure our operation is thoroughly cleaned, organized, and ready for the next day. This role is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary work environment by washing dishes, cleaning equipment, sanitizing the food cart, and completing all closing cleaning tasks to our standards. Responsibilities Wash dishes, utensils, containers, and equipment. Clean and sanitize all food contact surfaces. Thoroughly clean the interior and exterior of the food cart. Sweep and mop all work areas. Empty trash and replace liners. Restock cleaning supplies as needed. Organize storage and work areas. Complete the daily closing cleaning checklist. Report maintenance or equipment issues to management. Ensure the cart is spotless and fully prepared for the next day's operation. Qualifications Reliable and punctual. Strong attention to detail. Able to work independently. Able to lift up to 50 pounds. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Restaurant or janitorial experience is a plus but not required. Pay:

$18.50 - $21.00 per hour
