Job Description
Overview We are seeking a part time , dependable and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various areas of the hotel, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all guest's. Duties include but not limited to: Performing cleaning tasks to maintain standards of cleanliness in the hotel. Executing floor care duties, including sweeping and mopping, to ensure surfaces are well-maintained. Carrying out general custodial responsibilities such as dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing public restrooms and common areas. Power washing pool areas and entryways. Removing trash from the facility and keeping the trash area clean. Walking the parking lot, removing trash, and reporting when maintenance is needed. Assisting guests with light maintenance issues such as TV and toilet issues. Providing delivery services by transporting materials and supplies throughout the hotel. Responding promptly to cleaning requests and maintaining a proactive approach to cleanliness. Conducting regular inspections of the premises to identify areas needing attention or repair. Qualifications Attention to detail with the ability to clean and maintain various surfaces effectively. Experience in custodial work or facilities maintenance is a plus. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong organizational skills with a commitment to maintaining a clean environment. Good communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
