The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various environments and keep our multi-family apartment community clean, safe, and welcoming for residents. This role involves performing cleaning tasks in apartment residential settings, ensuring that all areas are spotless and welcoming for clients and guests. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential and office spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, scrubbing, and polishing to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during cleaning assignments. Maintain cleanliness in shared areas such as staff area, bathrooms, and common rooms while ensuring proper sanitation practices are followed. Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment safely while adhering to health and safety regulations. Assist with carpet cleaning when needed and other specialized cleaning tasks as required. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality results in housekeeping management. What we're looking for: Previous experience in multi-property residential cleaning or janitorial roles is preferred. Background in multi-family or commercial cleaning is a plus.
