Schedule:

Monday, Wednesday & Friday 7:00 am - 4:00 pm

Pay:

$18.50 per hour, Paid Weekly •Please make sure that you understand the nature of this role and meet the skills required before applying. What You'll Do as a Utility Porter As a Utility Porter, you'll be the eyes and ears of the property, making sure everything looks its best: Keep the property clean and presentable throughout the day General Routine inspection of all buildings for signs needing repairs Facilitate issues between units at times, as needed Clean pool area, restrooms, and high-traffic areas Perform and post for water shut-offs for plumbers as needed Facilitate as needed to coordinate with various vendors throughout the year Walk the property regularly to inspect cleanliness Perform various small, handy tasks, such as painting, light bulb and fixture repairs, stucco, drywall, etc. Always use required safety equipment (we've got you covered!)

Requirements:

? What We're Looking For You might be a great fit if you are: A strong communicator in English or Spanish - both written and verbal Experience performing skilled labor such as drywall patching, touch-up painting, changing light bulbs, replacing fixtures, etc. Experience using hand tools and power tools Familiar with using a mobile device (such as a cell phone or tablet) regularly for time keeping and document review Enjoys providing friendly customer service Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Comfortable working independently Physically active and enjoy being on your feet outdoors Experienced in janitorial, custodial, or porter work (preferred—but not required!)

Physical Requirements:
