Duties Perform thorough cleaning of floors, restrooms, offices, and common areas using appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies. Conduct routine floor care activities such as buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing to maintain a professional appearance. Handle industrial cleaning tasks including the use of specialized cleaning agents and machinery for large-scale or heavy-duty cleaning projects. Maintain cleanliness of windows, walls, fixtures, and other surfaces to uphold high standards of hygiene. Assist with minor maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs or reporting repair needs to facilities management. Follow safety protocols diligently during all cleaning activities to ensure a safe working environment. Support general facilities maintenance duties as needed to ensure smooth operations. Skills Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial services, or custodial roles within commercial or residential settings. Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing. Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and cleaning chemicals. Ability to perform routine maintenance tasks and identify when repairs are necessary. Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality standards.
