Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Carpet Cleaning Technician and play a vital role in transforming spaces through expert cleaning and floor care services! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality carpet cleaning, window cleaning, floor steam cleaning, pressure washing, upholstery cleaning, and some janitorial services that leave a lasting impression. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help maintain pristine environments across commercial and residential settings. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in environmental and custodial services while contributing to a cleaner, healthier space for clients. Duties Perform comprehensive carpet cleaning using various methods such as steam cleaning and extraction techniques to remove stains, dirt, and allergens. (similar process for Upholstery and Floor cleaning) You will be responsible for cleaning windows, frames, and screens to a streak-free standard. Depending on the job, you may also assist with other services such as gutter cleaning or pressure washing. Maintain cleanliness of residential spaces by executing thorough wipe down of exterior surfaces to avoid water stains. Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to environmental service standards. Inspect work areas post-cleaning to ensure quality standards are met and client satisfaction is achieved. Follow safety protocols during all cleaning procedures to prevent accidents or damage. Keep detailed records of completed tasks, supplies used, and maintenance needs for ongoing service quality. Experience Prior experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates. Familiarity with carpet cleaning machines, window cleaning equipment, and general cleaning tools is advantageous. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Excellent attention to detail combined with a proactive approach to identifying areas needing special care or attention. Punctuality and reliability are highly valued in this role. Candidates must be dependable and arrive on time for all scheduled shifts. Ensure your assigned work area and vehicle are organized, clean, and fully stocked with all necessary materials and inventory prior to dispatch. Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift heavy equipment, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday.
