We are thrilled to announce the opening of our brand-new multispecialty medical clinic in Burbank, CA! We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Campus Steward to maintain clean, safe, and professional exterior spaces at our facility. This part-time role is essential to ensuring our facility is welcoming and ready for daily operations. The position requires short morning and evening shifts focused on opening and closing routines.

Responsibilities:

Set up and secure patio furniture and umbrellas Clean entry doors and exterior areas Sweep, blow debris, and pick up trash Maintain trash storage area Report any maintenance or safety issues

Qualifications:

Reliable and punctual Able to work independently Comfortable with basic cleaning equipment (leaf blower, etc.) Able to lift up to 30 lbs and work outdoors Strong attention to detail combined with excellent organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
