SouthBay Pavilion - Carson, CA Township Building Services is hiring Mall Porters for SouthBay Pavilion. This position is responsible for helping maintain the cleanliness, safety, and appearance of the mall's common areas, restrooms, food court, entrances, and exterior areas. We are looking for dependable, professional, and hardworking team members who can work in a fast-paced public environment. Responsibilities Clean and maintain mall common areas, walkways, entrances, and seating areas Clean and restock restrooms throughout the shift Remove trash and replace liners as needed Monitor and clean food court areas, tables, floors, and trash stations Sweep, mop, spot clean, and respond to spills promptly Maintain janitorial closets and equipment in a clean and organized manner Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or supply needs to management Follow all safety procedures and cleaning standards Provide professional and courteous service around mall guests, tenants, and staff Requirements Previous janitorial, housekeeping, porter, or cleaning experience preferred Must be dependable and able to work assigned shifts Comfortable working around the public in a busy mall environment Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical cleaning duties Must be authorized to work in the United States Background check required Benefits Sick pay Health insurance available 401(k) available Flexible scheduling
