Seasonal Residential Apartment Cleaner

We are looking for the following qualities: Experience with cleaning and groundskeeping labor work Well-organized with attention to detail Self-starter to achieve the best results Professional appearance and positive attitude Job duties include: Cleaning vacant rental homes, property inspections, maintenance labor for property clean ups such as grounds trash pick up, pet waste pick up, and general exterior cleaning. The required schedule is Monday

• Thursday, 9:00am
• 2:00pm (20 hours per week). Please note that this position is SEASONAL and expected duration is May 14th, 2026
• August 14th, 2026.

Must have reliable transportation and a cell phone.

Note:
