Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Janitor to join our facilities maintenance team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Your attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness will ensure that all spaces are hygienic, well-organized, and inviting for employees, and clients alike. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of floors, restrooms, offices, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies. Conduct routine janitorial tasks such as trash removal, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces to uphold high standards of cleanliness. Carry out specialized floor care procedures including operating floor cleaning machine to maintain pristine flooring conditions. Maintain janitorial supplies inventory and restock cleaning stations as needed to ensure operational efficiency. Assist with industrial cleaning projects or facilities maintenance tasks such as window washing or light repairs when required. Follow safety protocols during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with health regulations. Support production dept and shipping dept. By cleaning and packing parts. Skills Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services within commercial environments. Strong knowledge of floor care techniques. Familiarity with industrial cleaning methods and facilities maintenance practices. Ability to operate cleaning equipment pressure washers safely and effectively. Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards. Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting heavy objects, and performing repetitive tasks throughout the day.
