We specialize in commercial and residential pressure washing, window cleaning, property maintenance, and specialty exterior cleaning services. We are currently looking to hire a reliable, hardworking Daytime Crew Leader to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in pressure washing, window cleaning, landscaping, construction, maintenance, or general labor who is ready to step into a leadership role. If you have a strong work ethic and are willing to learn, training can be provided for the right candidate.

Position Overview:

You will lead and assist a daytime service crew performing professional exterior cleaning services at homes, businesses, shopping centers, and commercial properties. You must be comfortable working outdoors, communicating with customers, and helping maintain a professional company image.

Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise daily work crews on job sites Perform pressure washing, soft washing, and surface cleaning Window cleaning using ladders, poles, and professional tools Load/unload equipment and maintain company vehicles Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards Communicate with office staff and customers professionally Train and assist newer team members when needed Take pride in producing high-quality work

Qualifications:

Experience in pressure washing, window cleaning, construction, landscaping, maintenance, or similar field preferred Leadership experience is a plus Valid driver's license preferred Able to lift equipment and work outdoors in varying conditions Dependable, punctual, and positive attitude Good communication skills Attention to detail and pride in workmanship
