This position offers the opportunity to contribute to the cleanliness and upkeep of manufacturing plant located in Corona, Ca. You will be responsible for executing a variety of cleaning tasks with precision and efficiency, ensuring that our spaces remain pristine and well-maintained. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of floors, restrooms, offices, hallways, and common areas, kitchens using appropriate cleaning tools and techniques such as buffing and floor care equipment Maintain high standards of cleanliness by dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces regularly Handle custodial duties including trash removal, restocking supplies, and sanitizing high-touch areas to prevent the spread of germs Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards and report issues promptly Assist with light maintenance tasks such as minor repairs or painting to support overall facility upkeep Operate industrial cleaning equipment safely and efficiently to ensure optimal results in large or heavily trafficked areas Support facilities maintenance activities as needed to uphold a clean and safe environment for staff and visitors Reporting as needed of maintenance issues that need addressing past your skills attained Qualifications Proven janitorial or custodial experience in commercial, industrial, or residential settings Knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, buffing, and use of cleaning machinery Strong attention to detail Familiarity with facilities maintenance tasks such as minor repairs Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to cleanliness and safety standards Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Willingness to learn new things Physical Demands Standing, climbing, sitting and bending movements: Frequent standing with breaks according to work schedule, frequent bending movements Repetitive work with both hands Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. at certain times
