Full Job Description Job Summary:
We are looking for a professional and experienced Commercial Pressure & Window Washer to join our team. This position is focused exclusively on servicing commercial properties , including office buildings, storefronts, warehouses, industrial sites, and more. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience , a valid driver's license with a clean record , and is comfortable using mobile technology for job tracking and communication . Both full-time and part-time positions are available. Bilingual a plus (English/Spanish preferred)Key Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality pressure washing and window cleaning on commercial buildings and properties
- Clean surfaces such as building exteriors, sidewalks, parking garages, loading docks, signage, and windows
- Operate commercial-grade pressure washers, water-fed pole systems, lifts, and related equipment
- Mix and apply appropriate cleaning solutions based on surface and safety guidelines
- Ensure all work meets commercial safety and quality standards
- Follow client-specific protocols and site access procedures
- Maintain daily logs via mobile apps and communicate job status with supervisors
- Travel to job sites across the service area in company vehicle (if provided) or personal vehicle
- Represent the company professionally on-site and follow all safety and PPE requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial pressure washing and/or window cleaning.
PLEASE DON'T APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THREE YEARS OF EXPERIENCE.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Experience working on commercial sites, with knowledge of OSHA and job-site safety practices
- Physically capable of lifting to 50 lbs., standing for long periods, and working at heights
- Proficient with mobile apps for clocking in/out, receiving schedules, and communicating updates
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and reliability
- Availability for early morning, night shifts, or weekend jobs as required by commercial clients
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience using lifts, scaffolding, or boom equipment (certifications a plus)
- Familiarity with soft wash systems and eco-friendly cleaning solution
