This role involves maintaining outdoor spaces, supporting landscape projects, and ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the work environment. The ideal candidate will enjoy working outdoors, have a strong work ethic, and be available for weekend shifts. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in landscape maintenance and contribute to the beautification of our community. Duties Assist with landscape maintenance tasks such as trimming, mowing, planting, and watering plants Support team members with loading and unloading equipment and supplies Maintain cleanliness of outdoor work areas, including trash removal and debris clearing Support with basic landscaping projects under supervision Ensure safety protocols are followed during all outdoor activities Perform routine inspections of tools and equipment to ensure proper functioning Help with setting up and breaking down work sites for scheduled projects Skills Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods Attention to detail and a proactive approach to safety Reliable transportation to and from work sites on weekends Prior experience in landscaping or groundskeeping is a plus but not required Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions effectively This position is ideal for individuals seeking part-time weekend work who are enthusiastic about outdoor environments and contributing to community beautification projects.
