Responsibilities Thoroughly clean and sanitize all areas of rental properties, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living spaces, and common areas. Perform detailed floor care, including vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and spot cleaning as needed. Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels to ensure fresh supplies for each guest. Restock supplies like toiletries, cleaning products, and kitchen essentials to maintain a fully equipped space. Conduct visual inspections to ensure all amenities are functioning properly and report any maintenance issues promptly. Maintain high standards of sanitation by following proper cleaning protocols aligned with health regulations. Provide friendly customer service by addressing guest inquiries or concerns when necessary during property turnovers. Qualifications Prior experience in residential cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, sanitation practices, and custodial procedures. Experience with laundry services and managing linens efficiently. Familiarity with commercial cleaning tools and equipment is a plus. Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to cleanliness and organization. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality. Reliable transportation and flexibility to accommodate varying scheduling needs.
