Conduct floor care procedures such as buffing, polishing, and carpet cleaning to preserve flooring quality and appearance. Handle custodial duties with precision, including window washing and light maintenance tasks to support facility upkeep. Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to safety protocols and company policies. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to ensure swift resolution and continuous facility safety. Support industrial cleaning or specialized custodial projects as needed to maintain a pristine work environment. Skills Proven experience in commercial or residential cleaning environments with a strong understanding of janitorial procedures. Skilled in floor care techniques such as buffing, stripping, sealing, and polishing floors. Knowledge of custodial tools and cleaning supplies with the ability to operate cleaning machinery confidently. Experience in facilities maintenance or porter roles that require attention to detail and proactive problem-solving. Ability to perform light painting or minor repairs related to maintenance tasks. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
