For over two and a half decades, City Wide has been an industry leader in providing reliable, first-class maintenance, repairs, and day-to-day upkeep for commercial properties throughout the Western United States.

Responsibilities:

In charge of making sure the exterior of the facilities is neat and presentable to the public Wiping down trash receptacles and replacing trash liners Removing trash and debris Trash pickup around the entire parking lot, landscape areas, and dumpster enclosures Windowsill cleaning De-webbing of buildings and doorways Restroom care (if applicable at assigned property) Maintaining storage areas in a neat, clean manner Reporting illegal dumping, graffiti or other property issues to supervisor Other tasks as assigned by management Adhering to all safety rules and procedures

Qualifications Mon, Wed, Fri:

7:30 AM-4pm

AND Tue, Thu:

7:30AM-1:45pm (Total 36 hours) Clean driving record check performed through DMV (MVR) California Driver's License Required This role often requires working independently, being self-sufficient, and demonstrating strong communication skills. Able to handle extensive walking across properties and work outdoors year round in all weather conditions (rain, heat, cold, wind, etc.), with or without reasonable accommodation. Job duties may include moving or lifting supplies weighing up to 25 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
