We're hiring dependable, hard-working technicians who can work when we need them. This is a physical, outdoor job — you'll be on your feet all day, working in all weather conditions including Fresno summers. If you're not afraid of hard work and take pride in a job well done, you'll fit right in.

TWO POSITIONS AVAILABLE

•POSITION 1 —

DAY SHIFT LEAD TECHNICIAN

| 7:00 AM START This role is our primary day shift position. You'll be running jobs and expected to learn all services we offer. Sandblasting experience or willingness to learn is a big plus — this position will take the lead on sandblasting jobs.

Day shift services include:

Roof washing and soft wash treatments Gutter cleaning House washing Solar panel cleaning Window cleaning (1-2 story) Concrete and driveway pressure washing Pool tile cleaning Sandblasting•

POSITION 2

FLEXIBLE TECHNICIAN

DAY & NIGHT AVAILABILITY REQUIRED

This is NOT a strictly night shift position. You must be available to work day shifts, night shifts, and Saturdays based on our schedule. When there is commercial night work, you work nights — no exceptions. When night work is slow, you work days alongside our crew learning all services including sandblasting. You need to be able to do it all.

Night shift commercial services:

Shopping center pressure washing Gas station cleaning and degreasing Commercial flatwork and surface cleaning Day shift services (also required): All residential and commercial services listed above Assisting on sandblasting jobs and learning the trade•

BOTH POSITIONS

Must be comfortable working at ANY height — rooftops, 2 stories and above. Non-negotiable. Monday through Friday availability is required Saturdays are frequent — you need to be available If we have work, you work — we stay fully booked and we expect our crew to be ready Night shift workers must be available to flip to days when needed with no pushback This is not a 9-to-5 — we fill the calendar and we need people who roll with it•

NON-NEGOTIABLE

Valid California driver's license Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Ability to lift 50-100 lbs Ability to learn to back up a trailer Common sense and strong work ethic Must be punctual — showing up late is not tolerated Must have a smartphone and be comfortable using apps for scheduling and communication Ability to work independently and follow directions without constant supervision Experience in pressure washing or sandblasting preferred — will train the right person•

WHAT A TYPICAL DAY LOOKS LIKE

On any given day you may be: Loading and unloading equipment at the warehouse before and after each shift Driving a work truck and trailer to job sites across Fresno and surrounding areas Operating hot and cold water pressure washing equipment Mixing and applying soft wash chemicals safely Working on ladders and rooftops — heights are part of this job every single day Assisting with or operating sandblasting equipment Communicating with customers professionally on-site Keeping equipment clean and reporting any mechanical issues•
