Job Description:
EBS Maintenance is seeking experienced and reliable commercial cleaning subcontractors to service restaurant locations throughout Southern California. We are looking for established cleaning crews that take pride in their work and can consistently deliver high-quality cleaning services in fast-paced restaurant environments.
Responsibilities:
Perform nightly restaurant cleaning services Clean dining areas, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas Sweep, mop, vacuum, and detail clean all assigned areas Remove trash and replace liners Follow site-specific cleaning specifications and schedules Submit photos and completion reports as required Maintain professional communication with EBS management
Requirements:
Commercial cleaning experience required Restaurant cleaning experience preferred Existing cleaning crew preferred (2 or more team members) Reliable transportation Ability to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed General Liability and WC Insurance (or ability to obtain) Business License (preferred) Ability to pass background screening if required by the client Strong attention to detail and dependability
