Cleaner

Do you love the look of a clean space? We're looking for an experienced janitor to fill a position on our team. You'll keep our building impeccably clean, vacuum and mop floors, wash windows, empty trash, and perform other maintenance and cleaning duties as needed. If you're looking for work with flexibility and enjoy being a part of a team, we want to hear from you.

Compensation:

$18 hourly

Responsibilities:

Replace light bulbs, clean windows, shampoo carpets, and supply restrooms on a regular basis as scheduled Remove dangerous hazards and clean up spills with squeegees or sponges Lock doors to ensure building security once cleaning is finished Make sure vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing restrooms, dusting furniture, and emptying trash are completed daily Ensure the building is clean, safe, and well-maintained

Qualifications:

Excellent stamina and physical health Must be a hard-worker with high attention to detail and have a strong work ethic Familiarity with cleaning supplies and cleaning equipment Must have a U.S. driver's license or reliable transportation to and from the worksite Possess a high school diploma or equivalent certification
