Day Porter (Commercial Cleaning) Lake Forest, CA

Job Summary We are currently hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Day Porter to support daily cleaning operations at a commercial facility in Lake Forest, CA . At EBS Maintenance, we service high-end facilities including corporate offices, medical spaces, and production environments. We are looking for team members who take pride in their work and can represent our company professionally on-site. Duties Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, break rooms, and common areas throughout the day Restock supplies (paper towels, soap, toilet paper, etc.) Trash removal and recycling management Spot cleaning (glass, floors, spills, touchpoints) Monitor facility conditions and report issues (leaks, damages, etc.) Support tenants and management with cleaning-related requests Keep janitor closet clean and organized Follow company standards (uniform, no phone use during work hours, etc.) Skills Previous janitorial or day porter experience preferred Ability to work independently and stay proactive Strong attention to detail Professional attitude and good communication Must be reliable and consistent Ability to be on feet for extended periods
