Multiple commercial and residential properties Position Summary Spotless R Us is hiring dependable and experienced janitorial professionals to provide high-quality cleaning services for commercial buildings and residential properties. We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, pay close attention to detail, and can complete cleaning assignments safely and efficiently. Candidates must be professional, reliable, and comfortable working independently or as part of a cleaning team. Responsibilities Clean commercial buildings, offices, common areas, and residential properties Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain hard-surface and carpeted floors Clean and disinfect restrooms, kitchens, breakrooms, and high-touch surfaces Empty trash and recycling containers and replace liners Dust furniture, fixtures, baseboards, windowsills, and other surfaces Clean mirrors, interior glass, doors, and entry areas Restock restroom and cleaning supplies when required Perform detailed cleaning, move-in and move-out cleaning, and periodic deep-cleaning services Properly use cleaning chemicals, equipment, and personal protective equipment Follow client instructions, safety procedures, and Spotless R Us quality standards Report damaged property, safety hazards, supply shortages, or maintenance concerns Secure properties and equipment after completing assigned work Minimum Qualifications At least one year of professional commercial or residential cleaning experience Legally authorized to work in the United States Able to pass a criminal background check Reliable transportation to assigned job locations Valid driver's license preferred Reliable attendance and ability to arrive on time Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Professional appearance and respectful communication Ability to safely use cleaning chemicals and janitorial equipment Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, and perform repetitive cleaning movements Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds Ability to push cleaning carts, vacuums, mops, and other equipment Ability to work safely around cleaning products, dust, and common workplace conditions Schedule Work schedules may include daytime, evening, overnight, and weekend assignments depending on client needs. Applicants should have reasonable scheduling flexibility. Compensation Starting pay is $25.00 to $30.00 per hour , based on experience, qualifications, reliability, and the requirements of each assignment.
