Pacific Palisades, CA Job Details Full-time $18 - $21 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Health insurance Paid time off Referral program Qualifications Outdoor work Driver's License Construction site experience Materials handling Hand tools Full Job Description Job Summary We are seeking dependable General Laborers/Job Site Cleaners to support construction and maintenance crews by performing site cleanup, debris removal, and basic labor tasks. Construction experience is a plus but not required — we will train motivated candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform daily site cleanup: remove trash, debris, scrap materials, and hazardous waste as directed Sweep, shovel, load and haul materials to dumpsters or staging areas Assist tradespeople with moving materials, tools, and equipment Set up and break down job site barriers, caution tape, and temporary protections Operate basic hand tools and light equipment (brooms, shovels, wheelbarrows, hand trucks) Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow on-site safety rules Report hazards, incidents, and supply needs to supervisor Complete assigned tasks on schedule and support team as needed
Qualifications:
18+ years old with eligibility to work in the U.S. Reliable, punctual, and able to follow directions Ability to lift 50+ lbs routinely and perform physical labor for full shifts Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Construction/site experience preferred but not required Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred Willingness to submit to background check and drug screening
Pay:
$18.00 - $21.00 per hour
