The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in residential settings, ensuring that homes are welcoming and comfortable for our clients. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and an eye for detail, as well as the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities Perform residential cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Launder linens and towels, ensuring they are clean and fresh for use. Clean carpets using appropriate techniques and equipment to maintain their appearance and longevity. Manage housekeeping tasks effectively, ensuring all areas of the home are maintained to high standards. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during cleaning sessions. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including storage areas for cleaning supplies and equipment. Assist with floor care, including sweeping, waxing, and polishing as needed. Follow safety protocols while using cleaning products and equipment to ensure a safe environment. Qualifications Proven experience in residential cleaning or custodial services is preferred. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and products suitable for various surfaces. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting or moving furniture and standing for extended periods. Previous experience in housekeeping management is a plus but not required.
