Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with vehicle parking, ensuring proper parking procedures are followed. Safely transport vehicles within the dealership premises, including deliveries and retrievals, using manual transmission or automatic vehicles as required. Maintain a clean and organized vehicle lot, ensuring all luxury cars are presented impeccably for showings or test drives. Provide exceptional guest services by offering assistance with vehicle access, keys handling, and answering basic questions about the vehicles. Support the sales team by delivering vehicles to customers' homes or other designated locations, demonstrating professionalism and courtesy during each interaction. Manage cash handling responsibilities for parking fees or related transactions with accuracy and integrity. Communicate effectively with team members and guests, providing clear updates on vehicle status and dealership procedures. Qualifications Previous dealership experience or familiarity with luxury vehicles is preferred but not required; a strong willingness to learn is essential. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience operating manual transmission vehicles is a plus. Excellent guest services and hospitality skills to create positive customer interactions. Strong communication skills to clearly convey information and assist guests effectively. Ability to handle parking logistics at Monterey efficiently while maintaining safety standards. Experience in delivery driving or as a delivery driver enhances suitability for this role. Basic retail math skills for cash handling transactions accurately. Bilingual abilities are considered an asset to serve our diverse clientele better.
