In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and overall upkeep of our commercial and industrial spaces. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing to maintain a pristine appearance Handle industrial cleaning tasks including deep cleaning of machinery and large-scale sanitation projects Maintain cleanliness of windows, walls, ceilings, and fixtures to uphold high standards of hygiene and appearance Assist with facilities maintenance tasks such as minor repairs, painting touch-ups, and equipment upkeep when needed Follow safety protocols during all cleaning activities to ensure a hazard-free environment Use commercial cleaning tools and supplies efficiently while adhering to environmental guidelines Qualifications Proven janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or industrial settings Knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, buffing, and general sanitation practices Experience with residential painting or facilities maintenance is a plus Ability to operate cleaning machinery such as floor buffers and extractors safely and effectively Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts Join us in maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming environments!
