00 annually. However, the expected pay scale for this position is up to $63,800.00 annually. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs. The Custodial Services Supervisor is a UCR Facilities Environmental Resource Services team member, supervising day-to-day custodial operations to ensure a clean, safe, and aesthetically pleasing environment for campus community members. Under the direction of the Custodial Services Manager, the Custodial Services Supervisor provides direct supervision and guidance to a team of Lead and Senior Custodians and manages routine and emergency cleaning, disinfecting, sanitizing, and general custodial maintenance of campus facilities including but not limited to classrooms, offices, research labs, meeting spaces, and restrooms. This role is responsible for scheduling, training, and coordinating the custodial services team; facilitating procurement of custodial supplies and equipment; managing custodial-related emergencies; and coordinating the locking and unlocking of various campus buildings. Ensures safety procedures and protocols are maintained in all facets of custodial operations. Provides operational support to other Facilities Services units as necessary.
