In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for guests and visitors, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued from the moment they arrive. Your responsibilities will include assisting with vehicle movement, parking management, and providing outstanding guest services that reflect our commitment to hospitality and professionalism. Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Greet customers and visitors warmly upon arrival, creating a positive first impression Safely and efficiently moving vehicles through the service drive Greeting customers in the service lane & ssisting service advisors with the check-in process Washing vehicles Staging completed vehicles for customer pickup Assisting with lot transfers and inventory movement Safely move vehicles in and out of service bays or designated areas using manual transmission vehicles when needed. Support the dealership team by delivering vehicles to designated locations or test drive routes as required. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe parking lot environment, adhering to dealership safety standards. Provide excellent customer service by answering basic questions, directing guests to appropriate departments, and offering assistance as needed. Skills Strong guest services and hospitality skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor. Valid driving experience, clean driving record. Excellent communication skills to interact clearly with customers, team members, and management. Previous dealership experience or familiarity with automotive environments is a plus. Experience as a delivery driver or in retail math and cash handling enhances your suitability for this role. Bilingual abilities are highly valued for serving diverse customer needs effectively.
