Duties Perform exterior cleaning tasks on building facades, windows, sidewalks, parking lots, and other surfaces using pressure washers, brushes, and cleaning solutions Operate equipment such as pressure washers and driving trucks with trailers. Conduct detailed inspections of work sites to identify areas needing attention and ensure quality standards are met Follow safety protocols diligently while handling cleaning chemicals and operating machinery to prevent accidents Maintain cleanliness of tools and equipment after each job to ensure longevity and optimal performance Document completed work, including before-and-after photos when necessary, to ensure accountability and quality assurance Collaborate with team members to coordinate schedules and complete projects efficiently Qualifications Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial, or custodial roles preferred; a strong work ethic is essential Ability to operate commercial cleaning equipment safely and effectively, including pressure washers Physical stamina to perform outdoor cleaning tasks in various weather conditions while standing, bending, or lifting for extended periods Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately Certification or training in operating scissor lifts or similar machinery is a plus We value motivated individuals eager to contribute their skills in a rewarding environment.
